This policy governs use of the HRV Team mobile application (the “App”), which is provided by Ibernetics, LLC (“Ibernetics” “we,” “us” or “our”). This Privacy Policy governs our collection of information from you (“you,” “your” or a “user”) through your use of the App. It does not apply to any information you may provide to us through other means, including via mail, telephone or this website. By using the App you agree that your USE, and any dispute over our privacy practices, is governed by this Privacy Policy.
TYPES OF INFORMATION THE APP COLLECTS AND STORES.
For each individual wearing a heart rate monitor linked to the App (henceforth designated Students), the App collects the time intervals between heartbeats, the activity level if the heart rate monitor transmits that, the time stamps of event markers, any notes that you enter to describe a session, and any audio or video you record using the functions in the App (“Information”). The App provides options for you to send the Information to a third-party. You the user of the app are solely responsible for maintaining the privacy of any Information that is collected during the use of the App.
WE DO NOT RECEIVE OR USE THE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE.
We do not use the information you provide to the App and at no time does the App transmit Information to Us. You may reset the App at any time using Your personal device.
THERE IS NO THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISING.
We do not advertise on the App, and we do not serve third-party advertising to You on the App.
YOU MAY PROVIDE CERTAIN INFORMATION TO US TO IMPROVE THE APP, WHICH WE WILL USE SOLELY FOR THAT PURPOSE.
You may provide information in the form of a review or directly to Us by email, mail or in person in order to improve the App. If provided to Us, we will use this information solely to improve the App. We will not email you regarding your information, but may incorporate your suggestions into future releases of the App. You will not be credited for such improvements.
Please bear in mind that whenever you voluntarily make personal information available for viewing by third parties online – for example through comments and reviews or through email – that information can be seen, collected and used by others besides Ibernetics. We cannot be responsible for any unauthorized third-party use of such information.
STORAGE OF INFORMATION.
All information You provide to our App is stored locally on Your device that runs the App (Device). We cannot guarantee the security of Your device, nor can we guarantee that Information you may email will not be intercepted while being transmitted over the Internet.
Additional Information About THE APP. The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 and we will not knowingly maintain personally identifiable information from or about anyone under 13.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY. Privacy law is continually evolving. If we need to change this Privacy Policy at some point in the future, we’ll post the modified Privacy Policy on this App and update the Effective Date of the policy to reflect the date of the changes. If you are concerned with how your Information is used you should check this policy periodically. By continuing to use the App after we post any changes, you accept the Privacy Policy as modified.
